About Dr. Thomas J Lucia, DDS

Dr. Lucia, called “Dr. Tom ” by most, is a lifelong resident of Endicott, NY who is proud to continue serving the dental needs of his community in the same office his father established in 1955. Dr. Tom joined his father’s practice in 1988 and took over the practice in 1999 following his father’s retirement from dentistry. He enjoys getting to know new patients and is always happy to see his legacy patients as well. Dr. Tom works hard to gain the trust of his patients by providing quality dental care in a relaxed, patient-centered environment.

Beginning with primary school in Endicott through his dental studies and ongoing continuing education courses, Dr. Tom has established himself as a highly educated and skilled practitioner who keeps up with the latest developments in dentistry to improve his craft.

Dr. Tom graduated from SUNY Binghamton with his B.A. in Biology in 1984. He continued his studies at the University of Maryland’s Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, earning his Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 1988. While in Baltimore, Dr. Tom was awarded a clerkship in the special populations clinic where he worked with patients with a variety of cognitive and physical needs. He was recognized at graduation for his dedication to this population. Together with staff, Dr. Tom welcomes patients with diverse needs to his ongoing practice of dentistry.
