Financial Arrangements

In order to provide the highest quality care on a sound basis, we have developed convenient payment options for you to choose from. We are happy to discuss these options and work with you to determine the best option for you.

We participate with most Ameritas, Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, CSEA, Excellus, Guardian, Met Life, Principal, and Sieba PPO plans. We are not providers for Medicaid, HMOs or EPOs and cannot bill them for you. We do accept almost all other insurance plans and will bill them directly for you when you visit. We accept all major credit cards and will work with you if necessary to set up a payment plan that will meet your budget.
